We are a progressive Shaolin martial arts school blending ancient practice with modern styles to offer a practical and varied martial arts education. Based in West Wales, Sifu Matt Rumbelow has been dedicated to his art for over 20 years and is passionate about teaching Shaolin Kung Fu in an accessible, practical and holistic way to benefit our diverse community of martial artists. We are a fun, vibrant, hard-working school committed to the education of the whole person by cultivating the mind, body and spirit. Shaped by self-discipline, hard work, the honing of their skills and a sense of belonging, our students develop a practice that will serve them for the rest of their lives, far beyond the confines of the training hall.
